Only a person who has passed a special psychological test could take the pet home. I don't want animals to be bullied and thrown out on the street when they get bored with people. I want our law to punish people with a long prison sentence if they abuse animals. I want my country to go forward and catch up with the same Norway where there is not a single poor and unfortunate animal on the streets ❤️
