Do you ever feel like you are living Groundhog Day? I embrace them, and it's different and a lot of fun!!!! We feel more nostalgic during the holidays, lots of great memories that we think of from the past that bring happiness, but are we living in the now moment? Are we moving forward, are we changing, or are we living a Groundhog Day, “a situation in which events are or appear to be continually repeated”?Do you like living, thinking, doing, working, eating, watching, listening, seeing, talking every single day, same day, same time, same everything? It gets boring, monotonous, and same ol same ol. We need to live each moment to the fullest and live in the present, Right this fricken moment, second, time…. We are all gifts, and if we celebrate more happiness, more sexual freedom, more sex-positive outlooks, more sexual health education, teaching what is right or wrong, true or false, what is consent? What is nice or mean? Who is real or fake…..We need to remember not to let things bother us and just kiss(blow) them away. This world is getting faster and faster by the minute because of our phones in our hands. (we don’t need a chip in our body, our phone is attached to our hip).
