Hi all! A little video update. Work has been crazy for me I had a huge project land on my plate on Friday with a due date of tomorrow. I should be able to finish but I’m not sure I’ll get to double check like I like to. My body building has been going well. Workouts have been good and consistent, cardio… is well cardio. My diets been pretty good this weekend was rough with all the parties but I did ok. I have to get my hormones checked again so I can start some supplements/ to make sure things aren’t out of whack (they kinda feel like they are) so I need a new baseline because I feel like the one that was done in January wasn’t really all that good Oh and side note: ima. Huge music fan. Like HUGE! I have a collection of my dad’s old LP’s. He passed his passion for music down to me. You may or may not know, but Springsteen is my fave. I’ve seen him 4 times. I love everything from the Beatles to Backstreet Boys to Biggie and everything in between. Who’s your fave artist?
