🧘♀️ 7+ minutes of yoga 🧘♀️ This is me on a Sunday morning, doing my regular morning stretch. If I'm taking it more seriously I will hold each pose for 5-10 seconds and that really works the body, but it's hot and I'm feeling lazy and I want coffee so this is my quickie sequence. It certainly gets the juices flowing. I just love sharing this kind of shit with you guys. What do you think? 🥰 Em. X
