The builders had gone for their lunch break, leaving the place quiet. I decided to make use of the time and chop up the pallets they’d left lying around—might as well stock up on some firewood to keep the house warm. Part of me hoped they’d come back early and catch me in the act. There’s just something about those three grubby builders that gets me feeling... a little naughty.
