Quite a few years ago my building was having problems with our managing agent. I went on a bit of a crusade and, so I later learned, as a result of my complaints and others the offending managing agent “retired early”. Basically he was a crook. But that’s not the point. Around this time I was leaving the building one summer afternoon when I spotted a slim, unbelievably handsome, stunning blonde boy looking lost on the foyer. I was gonna ignore him but the alpha male in me took over, so I asked if he was looking for something. He did a massive double take - for real - and then managed to spit out that he was our new managing agent. Those words were red rag to a bull for me, so I became a bit aggressive and spelled out how much trouble we’d had with the last one. He listened intently and then suddenly thrust his mobile number at me, saying I should call him directly if there were any problems as he only lived around the corner. I lectured him again on how much I hated the last guy, gave him my number and thought no more about it. But that evening it struck me as a bit unusual. He was exceptionally cute/hot/handsome and the more I thought about it, the more his behaviour seemed a bit... unexpected from a managing agent. He’d written his full name down so I did what all stalkers do and looked him up on Facebook (note: I’m not on Facebook now, it’s evil). His profile pic was him looking cute as a button wearing short shorts and I instantly knew he must be gay. I’m rubbish at picking up on these things but there were just too many hints in that photo. I still have it somewhere. Anyway I texted him about his pic and, sure enough, his reply made clear I wasn’t imaging it. Things moved excruciating slowly for a few weeks. He kept coming repeatedly to “inspect the building”, week after week, which is beyond weird given we never saw the previous guy. He always knocked on my door to ensure “everything was okay” and I invited him for long cups of tea. Yeah he’s British. Because he was “at work” I really didn’t want to make any moves, and besides, I never trust my instincts so I was super reluctant to test them out. But one evening I’d had enough. As he was leaving my flat I could see he was searching for ways to delay his departure. I realised he was being as obvious as he was ever going to be and it was now my move. So I leaned forward just as he was about to leave, grabbed his head and snogged his beautiful face off. At last! We both had what we wanted. So I dragged him to the bedroom and within seconds he was naked and underneath me. I fucked him twice then sent him on his way. That year my building had an awful lot of unscheduled visits from our beautiful blonde boy managing agent. Nobody in the building seemed to notice how much special attention we were getting. He left a year later for America and I’ve since told one (straight) neighbour about him, though I’ve sworn him to secrecy and he’s moving out now anyway. It played out like some bad, slow motion porn but it actually happened, and I think both of us couldn’t believe our luck. He’s now a model in America and doing very well with his American Daddy, I’m pleased to say. But I reckon I was the luckiest Daddy of all.
