i'm so sorry i haven't been as active as i'd like to have been this week, and for not sending the new menus out yet. my mental health hasn't been great and i haven't achieved as much as i'd like this week. feeling very depressed and unhappy with myself today so please let me take a break and come back stronger, hopefully by tomorrow or after the weekend.
