🕑 Added 2025-01-25 13:00:23 +0000 UTC Its Saturday! Dont you dare think about laying around and being lazy!! Todays task is to go to the gym and work on upper body. Arms, back, abs, alllll of your upper body!🏋🏽♂️ I want to see your post gym pump as proof 💪🏽🤳🏽📥You have until Noon 🕛⏳ get your ass up! If you fail to complete todays daily task you must air-squat while holding a watermelon for 3minutes.🍉⏳ If you stand up before the time is up, you need to restart the 3minutes. If you dont have a watermelon then be creative and hold something that is equal to a watermelons weight. Must send video proof of punishment task by midnight💋
