#STORYTIME - So i went to walmart with my mom because she needed groceries and i was just tagging along bored out of my mind. I wandered off to the clothes section, not really looking for anything, just wasting time. Then i see this rack of $1 clearance shirts and think okay cool, let’s see what disasters they’re selling for a dollar.I’m flipping through, and suddenly i feel this hand tap my shoulder. I turn around, and this little human, maybe like 5, is just staring at me. before i can even say anything, he goes, "are you my best friend?"And i’m like uh no? But he starts tearing up, full-on about to cry, so i’m standing there awkwardly, like what do i do? His mom finally shows up, all frantic, and grabs him. She looks at me and goes, "sorry, he does this a lot."Then she just walks off like it’s totally normal. Meanwhile, i’m standing there holding a neon green shirt that says "taco tuesday" and wondering how my life got to this point.
