Custom video request: work out and weigh myself barefoot. This is not really a workout, but I was setting up my pull up bar and wanted to see how the camera angles looked. I'll post a more serious workout vid soon. When I was heavier, I couldn't even do a single dip. I want to try to keep up my workouts so I can lift my heavier self. Also use my own fat like adding weights.
