Paramedic - Injured patient Rosie Lynn sperm insemination orgasm treatmentRosie Lynn had an accident and fractured her neck. Unable to move, she is place on a medical board by the paramedic in the ambulance as she is being driven to the hospital. In order to examine her fully for injuries, the paramedic proceeds remove her clothing until she is stark naked. To secure the patient, he fastens her down, strapping her arms and legs to the board, strapping her head into the head brace, adding leg, arm, and wrist splints, bandaging her hands to further restrict movement. Once she is fully secured, the paramedic snaps her neck back into place, enabling her to no longer be unable to move, while the medical restraints keep her firmly in place so she doesn't further injure herself, adding an oxygen mask to help her breathe. It is then that the doctor realizes that the truck had not been resupplied, and thus there is no anesthesia or pain relief medication. The paramedic recalls having packed a vibrator as he realizes that this is the only available form of pain relief he has available for this unfortunate girl. So, the paramedic places the vibe against the girl's clit, giving her a wave a pleasure that reduces the pain she is experiencing from the accident. Needing to examine her interior vaginal area for possible injuries, the paramedic gloves up and inserts his fingers inside her, checking around, and then thrusting within while using the clit vibrator and Hitachi to stimulate her clit simultaneously. The patient needs nutrients and liquids to rejuvenate and remain stable, but the supplies are still empty on this truck. Fortunately, the paramedic just happens to have a cup of his sperm that was made for invitro fertilization with his wife, but it can now be re-tasked to helping this patient recover. The paramedic attaches a feeding tube with an inflatable mouth piece, wraps it around her head, inflates it so she can't spit it out, and then pours in his sperm to hydrate her and give her the protein nutrition she needs to pull through this ordeal. To further replenish her needs, he uses a syringe to injects the sperm deep into her vagina, again, and again, and again, until her vagina is full and leaking out sperm. At this rate, in 9 months from now, Rosie will be needing to come back for another procedure.
