Itβs a a funny day isnβt it, we almost get told by society that today we must be happy, which in return can also actually make us feel even more sad about those things that make us sad in the first placeβ¦.or question why canβt I feel like the movies or the photos on insta etc and almost make you feel and question things? I am so grateful & happy that Gran is home, but I canβt also ignore the fact my heart feels so heavy with grief still that my Dad is not at the dinner table and this is the 2nd Christmas he so cruelly isnβt with us, when he very much should be & I feel that it should be ok to also be sad today & let our souls try to heal instead of pretending sometimes, because we get told itβs the best time of the year, for some its not always β¦. And thatβs ok β€οΈ I know some of you have too suffered sad times β€οΈ I just wanted to let you know youβre not alone if youβre feeling that way & my inbox is open β€οΈ and we donβt all have to be full of cheer constantly. We may be all cheery on the socials (because we think we have too) but here is where we can just let it out whatever it may be at The Bakery β€οΈ Christmas is a very magical time to be grateful & I am absolutely doing that but Iβm also very sad inside too β€οΈ I heartily hope youβre having the best time and your souls feel full with love & laughter or that youβre listening to your heart & taking care and doing what makes your soul feel ok β€οΈ I for one am going to go down to the church to lay some flowers, take my doggies for a walk and have some me time and then go and cuddle with Gran whilst dinner cooks and just be grateful whilst nursing my heart β€οΈ I love you all so much. Thank you for everything and Iβm wishing you all the happiness for today β€οΈ Merry Christmas my messy family x
