Slowly but surely 😊 Never underestimate the impact that your mind can have on your body… While on the surface things had been looking amazing for me, a couple months ago I had a 3 week long depressive episode which completely destroyed and reversed a years worth of work on my body and mindset. It literally felt like my world was collapsing around me and the holidays didn’t help either because I tend to gravitate toward food when I’m stressed or depressed. But I’m excited to share my progress back to a great physique with you all! And on my NEW PHONE!! Haha! Look at all those lenses!!!! I’ve had waaaay too much fun playing with the camera on this thing 🤣
