I used to think that the more you train, the faster you reach your goals. But then I realized: without rest, your body not only doesn't grow, it burns out ๐Working out is important, but it's just as important to be able to listen to yourself:๐ฅ ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐๐% ๐ข๐ง ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐ฐ๐จ๐ซ๐ค๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ. The balance between effort and rest is not about weakness, it's about wisdom. It is in moments of recovery that the body gets stronger and the mind gets calmer. And you know what? I now love my rest days as much as I love my workouts. Are you finding that balance in your life? Write me, I'm interested to hear your perspective ๐ฌ
