It is called the "pigeon pose" and it is great for your hips and glutes! It is a good antidote to sitting for long periods. It prepares you for seated postures and backbends. It can also be modified to suit your comfort levels. You can keep your back leg at a 90 degree angle, like I do in this picture, or extend it out straight behind you for a deeper stretch.
