I am sitting in a country where I don’t want to live anymore but world doesn’t allow for traveling. I’m teaching few fitness classes that don’t give me enough happiness to stay happy. It is extremely hard to keep a positive mindset every morning when I wake up. BUT .. I have a healthy body, not injured, and I’m working on lifting more weight rather than cardio (impossible with rain), I have a safe space to meditate and work on my mental health, I get to enjoy a house with hot spring pools everyday, I have a partner that is excited to work with me on self and relationship growth, I have food to eat more than I actually need, I have friends and family, I have this platform with 70 people who care about supporting me! 🤗 - points of view - …what‘a YOUR life update?
