One of the latest healthy habits I’ve built is weekly ice bath. I do it twice a week at my home in Taiwan (I have a full freezer dedicated to making ice blocks of 3-6L of water each for a total of 50kg of ice to throw in the bathtub).
This trip to Bali, I have found out that always more gyms offer ice bath and I am SO HAPPY that I am trying them all!!! I go every morning 🤩 and do 2-6 minutes ice bath (duration depends on the temperature and my mind state) before I lift weights at that same gym.
This one was VERY HARD: I only lasted 3 minutes and my whole arms, hands and feet got NUMB.
