As you know I was a heavy weight Powerlifter / Strongman (Strongest man from Austria) and I do such health checks time to time just to make sure that everything is ok.I also recommend you to do, time to time a health check. I know most of you don’t like to do that. But in some cases it can safe your life or can improve the quality of your life ❤️
