I’ll be honest these past two Months have felt so heavy. Mentally I’m so clear. That doesn’t mean there aren’t thoughts that feel like they could drown me in a second. Iv been moving slow. Taking my time, and being careful. Taking walks during the week, getting 20 minutes of sun, hydrating like crazy, and going to bed early really do work. It’s all about the little things. Painting on a wing liner and comfy clothes and trying to do more art is my calm. I haven’t achieved everything I wish to just yet. There’s magic in the air though.
