In every moment we are changing both mentally and physically causing us to adjust to the newest THING. Is there really such thing as perfect? Does right now feel better when ur wishing you had something you don’t current have? From first hand experience let me tell you that trying to change something into what you want by HATING where you are or trying to escape will not only be a waste of energy but will always drive you insane 🌞 3 yearss ago today i would be screaming and crying at the body I have right now. I know because the lil demon thoughts try resurfacing often, and I hear them but don’t feed into it. I love my body so much and it lovES ME SO MUCH TOO 🥰
