🕑 Added 2021-06-19 01:27:21 +0000 UTC Good morning my favorite people 😘 Today I felt so easily inspired to share one of my favorite of all time meditations. Sending love to a loved one in need ❤️ To love someone is to take them as a part of yourself, And I’m this meditation that’s exactly what we will be doing. You will need: ✨A nice quite comfortable place to relax and potentially ball your eyes out ✨WATER ✨Your beautiful heart There are 3 HIGH IMPORTANT PARTS TO THIS MEDITATION, at least I think so. 1st stage is getting your mind to slow down, getting into the receptive mode. My favorite way to do this is by counting to 4 between each breath and giving that my undivided focus for 5 to 10 minutes. If you feel your mind is still restless by that time, a different technique might work better like chanting or doing a body scan, or perhaps try counting the breath for a longer duration. Second stage is the most important of all in my opinion, I mean they are all extremely necessary but without doing this, you cannot be of TRUE service to anyone. Here we are putting our attention to our heart, and inhaling whatever has recently ruffled our OWN feathers, taking it into our hearts and Turing it to love so that whatever is inside of us is not hate, resentment, and anger when thinking about our loved one. This involves asking yourself what kinda unresolved emotions do u have going on, and doing something with it instead of ignoring it. 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡 FUN! But so IMPORTANT! Then the final and my favorite part, now that our cognitive oven has been preheated, it’s time to send the love! This is a very visual part of the meditation so I like closing my eyes. We picture our loved on In front of us, what do they look like? Do they look well or Ill? Imagine it’s just you and them together just enjoying one another company and presence. You can see their heart and your own beating together. During the meditation I decided to imagine embracing my loved on in my arms as I began the process of taking in anything within them that is not of service into my own heart with each inhale. Then from my heart the burdens turn into love where I can give back to my loved one 🥺❤️ This is a very emotional process especially when doing it for someone you care for and love, even more so when they are not feeling their best. You will know for how long you should do this, by the end you will be feeling so LIGHT and full of love!! If you watched every minute and read any of this, You’re my favorite!
