🕑 Added 2021-07-01 18:05:48 +0000 UTC HAPPY JULY 1st MY BEAUTIFUL SOULS! ✨ Todays meditation was A total cancer season Meditation for sure! Perfect way to kick of this month. I had no clue what I was even going to be doing for this meditation, I just let my angels come and plant spontaneous seeds into my frontal cortex 🤣 To my surprise, I found myself being guided by the archangel Ariel! The Angel that we got for our tarot reading today! No shallow of a doubt! I was instantly drawn to doing a meditation called inner childd work. Inner childd work is the process of reintegrating unresolved emotions from our childhood into the present moment to finally heal and become whole again. The is obviously a very POWERFUL meditation that will leave you in TEARS if done CORRECTLY as you can see I think was pretty successful. If you are listening to me while you yourself are doing the meditation, keep in mind that this process does not have a right way. Most likely it’s going to look and feel completely different for you as it did for me. Everyone has different suppressed memories and it will manifest in different ways! Just be open to the experience and and idea of finding new within yourself that you were never aware of before! In my meditation I focused on letting my childhood self who felt like she had her individuality and inner voice stripped away from her parents due to not being validated for how she felt, instead she was treated like something was wrong with her. This a very common trauma to experience in childhood, I’m sure everyone has it to some degree. That is the emotion I chose today because certain situations in my current family relationship have clearly reflected and triggered that wound from inside me. Yay!! And holy shit was that an experience! I did not expect any of that to unfold whatsoever but I’m so happy it all did! I feel very light and calm ❤️ Always remember to have water with you or after doing any kind of emotionally focused meditation, stay hydrated!
