oh btw, i got my test results back from my first physical in prob 8 yrs (u know, when i got the smoothie after & took a look a picture of my boob) & as it turns out, i’m the *picture of health* ! well my my, would u look at that!!! can u believe? at least, that’s if i understood all the shit i obsessively read today about hemoglobin & whatever the fuck to understand what any of that shit meant.
good to know cause even tho i try to excercise & eat clean & practice moderation MOST of the time… i definitely have times of complete gluttony / mayhem so u rly never know 💀
i really didn’t realize until the other day that it had been 8 yrs since i went to the real doctor for like, general health as opposed to just going to address a specific issue (usually at an urgent care - which are trash lol). but i just got a membership at one of those new “smart clinics” where you do everything from making appts to getting lab results through the app, there’s no wait time for appts, you can easily get same/next day appts, they accept insurance, & the doctor talked to me for like 30 minutes before they updated my vaccines (don’t start) / took my bl00d. & it’s crazy affordable ($16 a month). INNOVATION! WE LOVE IT!
sorry to sound like an infomercial lol but it *is* pretty exciting to find quality healthcare that’s easy to work into your schedule / doesn’t ruin your whole day / doesn’t cost ur first born chi1d. before i was operating on the “what you don’t know can’t hurt you” line of thinking 🙈
alright anyway, this was random but i’m kinda feeling bringing back the old school diary style tumblr posts 💕 but now i shall binge CSI till i fall asleep 🤗
