🕑 Added 2024-10-29 21:57:22 +0000 UTC This year, my Halloween is turning out a bit different than I’d planned. 🎃 Instead of heading to a party with friends, it looks like I’ll be cozying up at home with some tea and a blanket. Recently, work, stress, and constant busyness took over, and I let my focus on health slip a bit. Thankfully, I’m feeling much better now, and this pause has given me a chance to relax and reflect. It made me realize how often we pour all our energy into everything around us — careers, obligations, others — and how easily we forget about ourselves. Sometimes our bodies have their own ways of reminding us to pause, set things aside, and give ourselves the care we need. Now, I’m committed to making that a priority. So let this Halloween mark the beginning of something meaningful for both of us! Remember, the most important resource in your life is you. 🖤✨
