🕑 Added 2024-06-02 21:01:22 +0000 UTC Guys! I have had a habit of drinking *at least* 1-2 glasses of wine pretty much daily since 2018…. I know I have taken a few short breaks (this year, it was a handful of breaks for a day or two as well as a 4-day and 7-day streak). I say all this to say… I made it to day 8 today and I plan on taking the break until my birthday in late August! I intend to drink again, but I feel pretty good about the idea of this break. I hope not to have to post that I slipped up, but I wanted to tell y’all because I feel sooo comfortable about the idea of it! I feel like in the past, the breaks I would take were out of obligation and not my own desire. And right now, it’s feeling really right for me! ☺️😊🥂
