Hey guys and gals! So I decided in the heat of the
Moment to try to make a 10 drive an 8 and haul there and back. Well it was a 14 hour journey and I saw 6 moose when driving and clipped one that was running straight up the middle of the paved road over a blind hill.
I locked the breaks with a fresh rain (terrible circumstance) when I saw it within 150 yards in the headlights running middle of the road and of course long legged fuck looks back, keeps running straight. I hit the breaks then started to drift sideways a little bit decided it’s better off to just ease off the breaks a little and correct my wheel. Thankfully the moose missed me when I did a bit of a breaking drift and managed to destroy my passenger tow mirror but I’m so Fucking thankful that’s all that happened. Driving at night with wildlife is no joke, growing up in the bush I’ve had a lot of close calls but this one really opened my eyes to how thankful I am that me and most importantly my duramax are okay.
I’m sorry I’ve gotten to 0 messages but it’s been a hell of a road trip.
Close calls with moose: 4
Close calls with deer: 8
Close calls with a damn bear:1
Too close of call for a bunny: -1
No chance on the last one.
I’ll get back to y’all in the morning. We are officially alone in camp and I haven’t been this tired in forever.
And ps to the guy in Edmonton who almost crashed into me with his number on a piece of paper. That was dumb but I appreciate resilience.
Anyway love you guys very much didn’t get to shopping other than some pewpew stores but send me your favourite panties screenshoted from the Victoria secret website Canada and I’ll order then to the camp.
Sorry but I needed a new mag, I’ll get my priorities straight one day.
