🕑 Added 2023-02-01 15:32:06 +0000 UTC Okkkk 3 week updates. I now switched mostly to scar tape. I switched to Keto. Sooo I'm going to post some stats. From January 2nd-Jan 31st If it's weird to read, my last weigh in was January 2, 2023. I weighed in today (29 days later) and gained 4.8lbs of muscle and lost 5.4lbs of body fat for a 10.2lb muscle exchange. Lowest bodyfat since 2021 I'ma keep going. Boobs went from C to maybe D/DD but I'm the healthiest 💥
