This was definitely a good time. Just completed 94 burpees in 10 mins, run up and down the stairs for 10mins... it goes on and on. I do this circuit everyday and it takes me about an hour. There aren’t too many good looking men in somewhat suburb, today was different. Saw this sexy dude on his bike and he parked his bike and was doing a version of pushups - not quite the full extension at the elbow- let’s get to the point; he was about my built sporting a fat black ass! You know I said hello - “hey what up man - you good? I nodded and gave him the thumbs up. If only he could read my mind... seriously, I have to watch every angle bc I was in a very open space and at any moment a white woman in some yoga pants could come running by. I rubbed my chest bit - covered in so much sweat and my nipples responded before you knew it - I made a mess.
