I'm at a point in my fitness journey where I look strong and got good muscle, but the fat just wants to stick around. I've been cleaning up my diet a bit more and focusing on including gut healthy foods and stuff. I have a tenancy to bloat most of the month and it messes with my body dismorphia when one week I look snatched and fit, but the two weeks after that I'm very bloated. Maybe swapping out more sodas for water wouldn't hurt? lmao. You'll see what I mean in my pics! It drives me crazy having IBS because I either have to eat perfectly clean or end up looking like Nickado Avocado. No in between!
