Sorry about the lack of posting. My heat still isn't working well so it's very cold in my apartment. I'm currently an ice cube.
When I have to stay at my stove cooking for any length of time I sit in my desk chair because I get tired quickly. This body is just too much for my petite skeleton. 🙈
I made chipotle lime tacos. Very spicy. 🥵
I'm considering auctioning off a virtual Valentine's dinner with me. I'll make something to eat, have a bottle of wine, dress up cute, etc. We can do it on Zoom or something.
