Everything I do after swimming is so much harder. Especially when I go from being light and floaty to really feeling just how heavy my body is. The smallest task makes me out of breath. 😩
I managed to make it home without my undies falling down though!
Sorry I haven't been checking messages lately. Dealing with some stuff, but I'll get to them soon.
