my little news this week:
- I started meditating again and I'm proud
- I walked alone in the city and went to a shopping mall, it seems to me that everyone knows that I am Russian and someone looks at me negatively (I think I have a little paranoia, but I don’t pay attention XD)
- I have decided to have a few sessions with a new psychotherapist - (I need a boost to develop)
- I seem to feel less alone here. I think things will get even better when I start going to the local gym and find my favorite walking routes
