Motivation! Friend of the clerk of the building authority! I am currently building a house and have been waiting for the building permit for 3 months. In order to push all this forward I invited a friend over to me. He's the friend of the clerk who took over my case. He was already wondering that he should come over to me, and then told him about my concerns and should talk to his friend about it. He said then only with the right motivation he would surely get it. I already understood what he meant by that and then took good care of his cock. Motivation!
