Hi!
Today, apart from the post, I will share with you what I think about muscle training😁
I think the world of muscle training is a world where spirit and guts are valued.
But for me, muscle training is a healing time where I can face myself.
I prefer to see the natural scenery in the sunlight rather than playing loud music and releasing dopamine into the brain.
That's why I often play soothing songs during muscle training. (e.g., Ghibli's music)
Different people have different personalitiesand different ways of doing muscle training.
I think finding the right way is one of the pleasures of body makeup.
Let's enjoy muscle training and life regardless of the mold ✨
I hope I could be of any help to you.
Have a wonderful day!
