While there were a few surfable days, the freezing temperatures made it hard to imagine attempting it for the quality of waves on offer. Safe to say, we’ll stick to surfing in South Africa and focus on other activities while in Romania. 😄We made the most of the few weeks we had, though. Ethan came to visit and we explored the area on foot, getting a good feel for the city. We also got creative in the kitchen, perfecting a healthy pancake recipe for weekdays, buying a massive pot for meal prepping, and experimenting with some Italian pasta dishes for the weekends. 🍝Since surfing here isn’t in the cards, we’ve decided to head north in search of snow. Wish us luck! ❄️
