Another successful attempt to find joy in dance and fruit ✨🥭✨
I have lost some muscle mass in being ill and not working out for a few weeks. It’s super noticeable to me visually and in how it feels to move my body. I’m attempting to allow it rather than feel discouraged by it.
At this season of my life I’m beginning the process of deepening my self-compassion, and a hard part of it for me is balancing that self-compassion with continuing productivity/working on personal goals.
It feels like this current body situation is an occasion where I’m learning how to do that.
Using a map and a magnifying glass to discover a better way, rather than a hard hat and pick axe. Curiosity over rampage!
