The real deal! Here’s me today. I feel like my resilience has grown recently. When I experience difficult emotions and situations, there is less resistance in my reaction than there used to be, and I process it all more quickly. I’m attempting to pay attention to this slow, long-term improvement rather than fixating on the constant setbacks in life.
