I have been doing a new style of scrambled egg where I cook the whites most of the way first, and then I bust open the yolks so that they just cook slightly as they get mixed in. It’s like a jammy yolk scramble… had to spill the beans on this one because it’s excellent. Then greens, sauerkraut, carrot sticks, coffee. And of course, eaten in just my underwear, with mood lighting 💙 happy Saturday ✨
