We allow our emotions to be seen, heard and felt, in a safe and supported environment. We do not project them onto others, or lash out at others. We do not suppress them. Emotional Release helps to build emotional maturity, intelligence and regulation. It is an essential part of healthy connection to our sexual energy, and ESSENTIAL for healthy, effective relationships- with SELF and OTHERS.
