I was sick for 5 days straight. I had no antibiotics and no one to take care of me. This is my first day back in the gym and it was very rough on me I won’t lie. I always feel pressured to stay consistent posting on social media (mainly from my own self) but I truly couldn’t with how I was feeling. I’m so sorry for not being active on here and I mean it. Turns out I’m going to be getting an inhaler to help me out since it’s still difficult to breath. I’m planning on sticking to my diet and the grind to stay in tip top shape for everyone, including myself💪🏻. I tested negative for covid which was awesome as you all could guess. Once again I thank y’all for being here to help me through this. Looking forward to posting much more ☺️🙏🏻❤️.
