Had an EXTREMELY sweaty leg day today, first exercise was 20 sets 20 reps (400 reps) on leg press… y'all know me, I enjoy pushing myself physically and mentally, so I of course had fun. The last couple sets were so difficult, I was biting down on my thick sweat shirt and people were looking at me weird as I would stand, almost stumbling over due to my legs giving out, and me breathing like a running horse (to be fair I had very short rest times and was doing 270-405 Ib) 👍🏻💪🏻
