Yesterday and the night before was super rough for me. š« but today Iām not feeling as much burning and soreness in my chest/ribs. Still taking it easy and trying to remind my brain that I just had surgery so even though Iām feeling better I need to chill with certain movements.š but overall, Iām feeling great today!šš»š
