This is my 41 yr old mom bod. Iโm fvcking proud of my work so far!! Are you kidding me?! You donโt see women and moms in their 40โs looking like that everywhere and all the time. I wish it was like that though. I know itโs not impossible and itโs not only for getting an ass, itโs for becoming stronger and healthier in general. I canโt shake off the stares at the gym, but I donโt want to sound cocky ๐
