I’m very, VERY fortunate to feel the way I do right now after being in the hospital for a week, fighting against not having seizures, and for having a 60 hour labor with lots of scares in the process. I was so worried that my postpartum views of my body would slip me back into my long ago ghost, anorexia. But it hasn’t, and I won’t let it. I’ll stay strong and healthy, for both me and my babes. As a mom.. this is a post to recognize and take ownership that I’ll always be the best and most healthy me for those around me, and for myself. 💙
