I truly love physically challenging my body and being active. Accomplishing physical feats makes me feel optimistic about life, and good about myself.
This video actually represents a turning point for me, where I decided to end the pattern I was in of over eating bad food and start getting back to the healthiest version of myself. Within a few weeks of discipline I'm feeling much more like my lean and tight self, and mentally stronger.
A little effort goes a long way. ❤️
