Self Care Sunday today will consist of physical therapy, icing my hurt back, and soaking in the hot tub. I am doing everything I can to get back to this level of hip mobility as soon as possible. 🙏 Dead lifts are the devil. Probably never doing those again. 🥺 Sending you all my love. 🥰😘❤️
