Salutations on this Spectacular Sunday, Sweet Souls! I’ve been a little off balance this week. The weather dramatically changed, daylight savings just happened, and my lady time has begun, so I am blaming nature for my lack of responsiveness this week. 😂 Last weekend I managed to get outside for a hike and enjoyed a light dusting of snowflakes on the ground. This video is a little Vlog I put together from that day. I had multiple deep conversations with strangers, including a woman who was a holocaust survivor and a blind man who has traveled the world and who helped me navigate public transport. I also met a new girl friend and her pup on the trail who I actually rescued from the woods where they had gotten lost for hours! Then she and I proceeded to get rescued together by a German woman who picked us up as a couple of desperate hitchhikers who didn’t want to walk the loooong way down the road back to the parking lot. Humans are incredible. When you put your best energy forward with each interaction, you open yourself up to profoundly moving conversations and experiences. Heart is full. Body is tired.
