I’ve seen so many people turn back the clock by making good decisions, and know so many others who are perpetually youthful. If we choose, aging can be the gathering of wisdom and experience without the side effects of our bodies breaking down all too soon. I hope I provide inspiration for you all to squeeze every ounce of juice out of this life, because it’s all we get. 💝 I can’t thank you all enough for making this day so special for me. I absolutely have the best supporters of any creator anywhere. I will die on this hill. 😆 But not yet. I’m not even a third of the way through this beautiful journey and I can’t wait to see the wonders we will experience together in this next decade. I love you all, my favorite humans. 🥰 The retreat ended yesterday so today I am taking it easy and reveling in the accomplishment of finishing what was essentially a week long yoga boot camp. Body is exhausted but the mind is clear and the heart is cracked wide open. ❤️😘
