The motivation to begin the week with excitement and vigor cannot be stopped by a little wind and rain. ☔️ A Hurricane is blowing through my part of Florida today so I’m taking my workout indoors. I don’t have the most space in my mom’s house but it’s enough to get the job done. Fitness is not simply about toning and sculpting parts of my body. For me, it’s a lifestyle centered around inner peace. I MUST move my body in order to be my best self. The natural high I experience from just 30 minutes of raising my heart rate is enough to keep me coming back for more. I hope your Monday is productive and simple. Don’t work too hard. 😉😘❤️
