My dudey friend @naturallynaked based me in some naked acro-yoga when we were in Mexico together! ✨ As I’m on my way to a yoga class with my sis today, I thought it would be an appropriate time to share this fun movement therapy. 🧘🏻♀️ You guys always seem to enjoy when I fly so I think you will quite enjoy this video.
